  • Your dedicated local rep will manage *one* home (or location's) technical support for you to make sure you never overcharged, you get the quality of the services you pay for, and your equipment stays up-to-date and secure²
  • They will manage your personal smartphone, one gateway / router at your home, and an average amount of computer equipment for an individual. We'll make sure you are on the right plan for your usage and your equipment is configured properly and optimized for your services²
  • Your manager can also help with any Amazon account related problems while working with you on your equipment, we can look into all the sellers to make sure there won't be delivery issues and review any tech-related items you are considering purchasing (or replacing your current equipment with) and speak directly with you about alternative items (with descriptive reasonings)²
  • In addition to ALL of the above, they will be your one-stop for all things technical, providing LOCAL IT / technical support *on-site* for setting up any changes in services, hardware (like your router, printer, etc), you name it³

 
 

¹ Exact price will be quoted for you to accept after a manager's reviewal based on complexity and scale of your equipment and accounts. The charge will show on your statement as "VC Your Account Manager's First Name (Abbreviated or Full Names of products or services managed that month #CONFIRMATION-NUMBER)" [subject to slightly change based on credit card statement description character limits]

² Note that this does not include any equipment, cable, or cell services that need to be purchased from any given provider - just a dedicated representative to manage these accounts for you and change settings, review products, discuss ways to save money / help in choosing the proper plans for your usage, etc

³ Unlimited monthly IT on-site visits, free for up to 2 hours of on-site work (this DOES carry over month to month since you're paying for those hours, you should get to keep them), and only $70 / hour if you go over (you will be informed of this BEFORE your appointment and this can be manually reduced if the manager deems it fit to depending on the circumstance). Priced above is the typical cost range for an individual but this does vary depending on your usage (though we always notify you of charges beyond your monthly bill BEFORE those services are provided and if we forget, you get that service call free)
